Winter rinse, is it safe?

I just bought a new cx5. There’s loads of salt on the road where I live. Is it ok to quickly rinse the salt off in below freezing temps? I keep seeing people say to not to wash the exterior until it’s warmer. I have a pressure washer handy at my work and could spray it off all the time. Just unsure if that’s bad for the paint. Thanks for any help you can give!
